Designing, developing, and validating diagnostic tools for clients including Sprint, Eli Lilly, Lennox Inc., JP Morgan, Ford, Shaklee Corporation, and American Re-Insurance, Steve draws from a solid foundation of survey research experience and consulting services.
In his current role as Vice President of Professional Services at VitalSmarts, Steve has worked with the VitalSmarts team to research methods for bringing about systematic and lasting change. Based on this ongoing research, VitalSmarts has helped thousands of organizations, including more than 300 of the Fortune 500, realize widespread and lasting results through its award-winning training programs.
